About Bonsai Bai Me

Located in Tacoma, Bonsai Bai Me is the perfect evening out! We are the first interactive beginner Bonsai workshop location in Washington state. We will help you select, plant and trim your new bonsai tree! This activity is perfect for all skill levels. We also provide a variety of Bonsai materials, tools, soil, long-term care kits and more for pickup for all Bonsai hobbyists. Such a cool & unique experience! Andrea was our Bonsai expert, she was so knowledgeable & patient! You get to pick out your Bonsai, pot, accessories, and decorate it as you learn how to take care of your Bonsai, which was just perfect! My husband & I really enjoyed ourselves & definitely recommend!

such a fun date night activity! we shared a medium tree instead of both is us getting a small one. class instructor (palmer) was very helpful and offered plenty of information for aftercare for the plants lifetime. moss and rocks are provided with no extra cost as well as small trinkets for decorating ranging from $3-$9. our finished bonsai was $83 before tip which i don’t think is unreasonable at all. quality materials are provided as well as guidance and aftercare instructions

Top notch fun! Palmer and Andrea were nice and knowledgeable. Space was clean open and inviting. High recommend. You can teach an old dog new tricks.

What a neat experience! I had a wonderful time at Bonsai Bai Me. The customer service was excellent. Preston was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process, and very fun to learn from. They also have a great selection of trees and pots to choose from. I will be going again!
